Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Stock Condition and Programme Coordinator to join our Asset Management Team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide administration and coordination support to the Asset Surveyors undertaking condition surveys across Raven’s housing stock, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, keeping residents safe, and improving the quality of homes.
The role is also responsible for coordinating the health & safety, customer satisfaction, and quality elements of capital investment programmes, with accountability for managing specific projects or project components as required.
Key responsibilities include:
To plan and organise stock condition surveys of properties in accordance with the prioritisation criteria and by geographical area.
Lead on delivering the internal and external decorating programme—working with the Sustainability & SC Manager and Head of Asset Management—and ensure agreed projects and programmes are delivered to time, cost, and quality requirements, with robust financial oversight and progress against targets.
Ensure strong contract management and communication to maximise customer satisfaction, and to achieve KPIs, value for money and excellent contractor performance
To ensure meticulous, detailed administration of the relevant areas of IPC, Soloprotect and ilearn (Training will be provided for all). This includes updating information for our property-based assets.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams), with the ability to quickly learn new specialist systems, alongside strong verbal and written communication skills across all channels (phone, facetoface, Teams, letters, emails) and good numerical capability.
Knowledge and experience of the construction or maintenance Industry including H&S management. Sound understanding of the value of SCS data collection programmes, data accuracy and validation methods
Knowledge and experience of the construction or maintenance industry, including health and safety management, with a strong understanding of the value of SCS data collection programmes, the importance of data accuracy, and effective validation methods.
Problem-solving approach to balancing quality, customer satisfaction and cost control.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
