What you’ll achieve in the role: 

 

To deliver an efficient and high-quality repairs and maintenance service that meets Raven’s service standards, performance targets, and compliance requirements, whilst supporting our approach to ‘Every Interaction Matters’, whereby every visit to a Raven property or estate is an opportunity to drive customer satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete high-quality repairs and improvement works in occupied and empty properties, ensuring all jobs meet agreed performance standards, customer expectations, and Raven procedures.

  • Deliver efficient, cost-effective building and maintenance solutions that enhance property condition and tenant satisfaction

  • Maintain safe working practices by adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures, minimising risk to self, colleagues, and residents.

  • Ensure accurate job recording and compliance by using handheld IT devices to log work progress, materials used, and schedule of rates, supporting audit readiness and reporting.

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

 

Essential Criteria:

  • The following qualification, depending on main trade/specialism:
  • Main Trade Qualification - Plastering C&G Level 2 or NVQ L2 or equivalent experience
  • Competent in all aspects of multi-skilled work required within Raven properties, and/or specifically  in main trade or specialism as applicable.
  • Practical experience working in a strongly customer focused environment.
  • Able to use mobile working technologies to receive and record work.
  • Able to work in accordance with Risk Assessments, Manufacturer’s Instructions, Health and Safety, COSHH and Manual Handling Procedures.
  • A full, clean driving license.
