Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Development Manager to join our Development Team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The Development Manager plays a key role in maximising the social and financial value of Raven’s existing assets and new development opportunities, ensuring the organisation delivers high‑quality, affordable homes.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead on projects from inception through to planning, and where your skills are best utilised, through to completion.
Undertake options appraisals for existing Raven Assets which align with our business plan, Sustainability targets and goals for Net Zero Carbon by 2050;
Review and make recommendations for development, regeneration, disposal, demolition or alternative use Raven land and assets;
Provide clear briefs and guidance to the Assets Disposal Manager to resolve land related legal issues on identified development sites;
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Development and Affordable Housing Development knowledge.
Project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience of working as an affordable housing project manager with land-led, non-s106 site delivery.
A full clean driving licence with use of own car.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
