Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Development Manager to join our Development Team.   

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The Development Manager plays a key role in maximising the social and financial value of Raven’s existing assets and new development opportunities, ensuring the organisation delivers high‑quality, affordable homes. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead on projects from inception through to planning, and where your skills are best utilised, through to completion.

  • Undertake options appraisals for existing Raven Assets which align with our business plan, Sustainability targets and goals for Net Zero Carbon by 2050;

  • Review and make recommendations for development, regeneration, disposal, demolition or alternative use Raven land and assets;

  • Provide clear briefs and guidance to the Assets Disposal Manager to resolve land related legal issues on identified development sites; 

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Development and Affordable Housing Development knowledge.

  • Project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

  • Experience of working as an affordable housing project manager with land-led, non-s106 site delivery.

  • A full clean driving licence with use of own car.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
