Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a No Access Officer to join our Health and Safety team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to manage the communication with residents and key internal teams and ensure Raven can gain access to properties in order to maintain full Health and Safety compliance across all relevant areas (Includes Gas, lifts, electrical, fire, and other surveys as required).
Key responsibilities include:
Co-ordinating no access cases for gas, electrical, water, asbestos, stock condition and Energy Performance inspections as required through communication with residents, relevant internal teams and external services as required
Actively investigate and resolve access issues to ensure 100% access by deadlines, maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety, Building Safety, and Housing regulations.
Preparing information for the forced entry process, ensuring correct approvals prepared and the relevant stakeholders are informed.
Accurate and efficient administration, ensuring IPC records, relevant certification and gas capped register is up to date
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence others at all levels and across teams, including external stakeholders
Practical, problem-solving approach to ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, with a proactive approach to resolving access issues
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) including proficiency to quickly learn new specialist IT systems
Proven experience working within a customer focused environment
