Job Description - Multi Skilled Plumber

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Repairs team. 

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs or improvement works and to undertake any plumbing works required to both Raven properties and other customers. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Carrying out a range of plumbing works in occupied and empty properties to current legislative and performance standards.

  • To carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to examine and determine the extent of the repair, maintenance, or installation required.

  • To carry out other tasks, such as minor carpentry, tiling, and decoration works linked to maintenance work.

  • To carry out all administrative work using a handheld IT device to accurately record all processes, from receiving jobs to completion. 

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating qualified or demonstrable skill and experience in plumbing

  • Competent in all areas of plumbing with a good understanding of how health and safety applies to your role.

  • Good knowledge of modern technology and IT, including bespoke systems and Office 365.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • A full, clean UK driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
