Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Carpenter to join our Property & Estate Services Repairs Team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused repairs and maintenance service across Raven homes, ensuring every interaction drives customer satisfaction and meets our performance, compliance, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing high‑quality repairs and improvement works for our customers.
- Using mobile technology to record work, update schedules, and ensure audit‑ready records
- Responding promptly to urgent works and helping maintain service continuity
- Maintaining vehicle, tools, and equipment to a safe, professional standard
- Identifying vulnerabilities or safeguarding concerns during visits and reporting them appropriately
- Working collaboratively with other trades, colleagues, and contractors to provide joined‑up repairs and reduce follow‑up visits
What you’ll bring to Raven:
We’re looking for someone with:
- A relevant trade qualification for Carpentry - NVQ or City & Guilds or 5+ years industry experience.
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment
- Ability to explain technical issues simply and adapt communication style to different customers
- Competency in using mobile working technology
- A full, clean driving licence
