Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Team Leader to join our Housing team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the daily operations of Housing Officers, delivering a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service across designated patches. You’ll ensure the team maintains a strong community presence and proactively meets performance targets, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day housing management tasks, ensuring timely completion and compliance
Act as lead for complex tenancy cases and customer matters
Monitor service delivery against KPIs and implement improvements
Deliver training and development to build team capability
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
Promote proactive customer engagement and visible presence across patches
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Proven experience in housing management
Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulatory standards, and tenancy law
Experience leading a team to deliver services against KPIs
Knowledge of health and safety compliance in a housing context
Ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve high performance
Skilled in problem-solving and using data to drive service improvements
