Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Team Leader to join our Housing team.

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the daily operations of Housing Officers, delivering a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service across designated patches. You’ll ensure the team maintains a strong community presence and proactively meets performance targets, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day housing management tasks, ensuring timely completion and compliance

  • Act as lead for complex tenancy cases and customer matters

  • Monitor service delivery against KPIs and implement improvements

  • Deliver training and development to build team capability

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies

  • Promote proactive customer engagement and visible presence across patches

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Proven experience in housing management

  • Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulatory standards, and tenancy law

  • Experience leading a team to deliver services against KPIs

  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance in a housing context

  • Ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve high performance

  • Skilled in problem-solving and using data to drive service improvements
