Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Finance Manager (Business Partnering) to join our Finance team.

 

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

 

The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for leading the financial business support and reporting function, whilst ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive high quality financial reporting, insight, and advice.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and planning the timetable for month end reporting on actual and forecast for all operating costs and income, capital, and cash flow.

  • Ensuring the team are skilled and focused on advising Directors and Budget Holders on financial issues, implications and focused on value for money.

  • Working with Financial Control for completion of returns to the Regulator of Social Housing

  • Day to day line management of the finance business partnering team to deliver the above responsibilities in a consistent, qualitive and timely manner, focus on business needs and value for money

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • CCAB qualification with knowledge of managing annual budget process, and financial analysis and cashflow management.

  • A strong ability to effectively communicate financial data to non-finance colleagues.

  • The ability to develop and maintain good professional relationships with both external and internal contacts.

  • A track record of successfully leading and developing a team.

  • Finance Business Partnering experience with the knowledge and experience of budgetary management and reporting.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
