We’re currently recruiting for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our Cleaning team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead a team of Estate Cleaners to deliver a quality Estate Cleaning Service, and to take responsibility for the performance of the Estate Cleaning Team, ensuring quality measures are in place to maximise customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
To lead and manage a team of Estate Cleaners to deliver a quality Estate Cleaning Service and ensure that the appearance of the estates is well maintained.
To maintain accurate cleaning data and update property management system.
To follow up all areas of dissatisfaction and complaints, taking action to prevent re-occurrences, providing a response to residents and staff.
To carry out regular inspections of cleaning, ensuring remedial action is taken where standards not achieved, including providing constructive feedback to Cleaners regarding quality of work.
Ensure staff are trained and developed have regular one to ones, appraisals and a personal development plan.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Knowledge of the running a multi job service
Good knowledge of modern technology and IT, including bespoke systems.
The ability to resolving technical and people issues and identifying opportunities for improvement or resolution
Experience working in a cleaning or estate services
Full, clean driving licence
