What you’ll achieve in the role:

 

 

To deliver a high-quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for re let. The role works collaboratively with other teams as required and contributes as part of a large, multi skilled trades team to deliver an outstanding, customer focused service.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of a high quality cleaning service across void properties
  • Completion of all general cleaning duties, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Safe operation of cleaning equipment and correct use of cleaning materials in line with health and safety requirements
  • Accurate recording of completed work and materials used via hand held IT devices
