What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an end-to-end, customer-focused housing management service across a designated patch of sheltered housing properties; maintaining a strong presence within the community and fostering positive customer relationships to drive tenancy sustainment and estate standards, whilst ensuring compliance with Raven, legal, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct pre-tenancy assessments to confirm property suitability for new tenants and complete tenancy sign-ups.

  • Provide tailored signposting to statutory agencies, charities, and other relevant support services to address individual needs.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings and communal areas meet Raven’s safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.

  • Report and follow up on any repairs or maintenance issues to ensure swift resolution and maintain property standards

  • Participate in multi-agency support plans, ensuring customers understand their commitments and are supported to achieve them.

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Proven experience of working in either a Housing or Care environment in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of tenancy agreements, obligations, and relevant housing legislation.

  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and experience working with vulnerable individuals and families.

  • Experience carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
