Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join our Housing team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
You’ll deliver an end-to-end, customer-focused housing management service across a designated patch of general needs and shared ownership properties. This includes maintaining a strong presence within the community, fostering positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with Raven, legal, and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct tenancy sign-ups, visits, and manage tenancy changes
Handle tenancy terminations and pre-void inspections
Manage neighbour disputes and low-level ASB cases
Support tenancy sustainment and customer engagement initiatives
Carry out estate inspections and ensure property standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support customers
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Experience in housing management or a related field with direct customer contact
Ability to resolve challenging situations and relate to people from diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of housing management processes and tenancy needs
Experience using housing management IT systems
Awareness of statutory and voluntary organisations supporting housing services
