Job Description - Home Ownership Advisor

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Advisor to join our Home Ownership team.

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain and develop the management service provided to current and prospective homeowners, to avoid potential lease breaches and loss of income.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of core processes and services, following regulatory requirements and working collaboratively with housing management teams.

  • Ensuring homeowners and commercial rent customers receive an excellent customer experience.

  • Dealing with questions/complaints/disputes raised by leaseholders and ensuring customers’ voices are heard.

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • A good overall understanding of leases, including terms, interpretation, legal, and regulatory responsibilities.

  • Some understanding of Housing finance and regulations.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor responses for a wide variety of audiences.

  • Experience working in a leasehold, financially regulated service.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
