Job Description - Garage Coordinator

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Garage Coordinator to join our Repairs team. 

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day management of our garages, whilst ensuring a timely turnaround of new licences to maximise garages income. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day to day management of garages, ensuring that both garages and parking spaces are allocated fairly and efficiently, in line with policy and procedures.

  • Being the primary contact for customer queries relating to garages, ensuring queries responded to in a timely manner for high customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring that repairs are raised, scheduled, and resolved in an effective and efficient manner in line with our SLA.

  • Reporting & monitoring of garages, including keeping key stakeholders informed of garage performance. 

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

  • Good knowledge of CRM management with strong IT competency.

  • Excellent organisation, administration, team collaboration, and communication skills

  • Good administration skills, including record keeping and the ability to keep accurate customer files

  • Strong administrative skills whilst working in a front facing, customer service focused environment.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
