Job Description - Fencing Labourer

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Fencing Labourer to join our Repairs team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to carrying out repairs and improvement works and provide general labouring duties replating to fencing and responsive repairs.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing general labouring duties to the responsive repairs fencing team for occupied and void properties.
To plan, coordinate, and undertake delivery of materials and/or trade operatives to and from sites for larger projects.
Carrying out minor repair tasks linked to fencing and maintenance work, for which you have the required skills, knowledge, and experience.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
A good understanding of health and safety, and how it applies to you in your role.
The ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers to resolve queries and issues.
The ability to use modern communication technologies and IT.
A full, clean driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
