Job Description - Voids Electrician

What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs and improvement works, and undertake any new building works required as part of a multi-skilled team.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out a range of electrical works in line with legislative and performance standards.
Carrying out electrical inspections of occupied and empty properties, CCU changes, and other remedial work as required.
To complete administrative duties whilst using the handheld IT device to accurate record all jobs from receiving to completion.
To liaise and work positively and constructively with all other trades, contractors, colleagues, and customers.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
City & Guild Level 3 trainer or equivalent, with appropriate experience in the electrical construction industry.
Experience of working as a trades operative in a customer-focused environment.
The ability to effectively use modern communication technology and IT.
A full, clean driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
