Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We’re also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future.

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Voids Electrician to join our Electrical team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out a range of electrical works in line with legislative and performance standards.

  • Carrying out electrical inspections of occupied and empty properties, CCU changes, and other remedial work as required.

  • To complete administrative duties whilst using the handheld IT device to accurate record all jobs from receiving to completion.

  • To liaise and work positively and constructively with all other trades, contractors, colleagues, and customers.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience of working as a trades operative in a customer-focused environment.

  • The ability to effectively use modern communication technology and IT.

  • A full, clean driving licence.

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
