Specifying, costing, and project managing repair works and minor projects across a range of property types
Coordinating contractors, operatives, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard
Resolving customer queries and complaints on site, providing clear explanations and practical solutions
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained within property and job management systems
Supporting compliance with landlord responsibilities, health & safety requirements, and Section 20 consultations where applicable
Contributing to service improvement by sharing insights and lessons learned

For this role, you will have:
A relevant technical qualification in building surveying, construction, or property maintenance (e.g. CIOB, IRCS) or equivalent demonstrable experience
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair diagnostics, and construction standards
Experience surveying residential properties and managing repairs or small works projects end to end
The ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical customers
Experience working with contractors and resolving customer complaints effectively
High attention to detail and confidence using property or job-tracking systems
A full, clean UK driving licence (company van supplied)
