Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join our Housing Support team.

Key responsibilities include:
Assessing new referrals to establish what customer support is required to enable them to live independently.
To assist customers in maximising their benefits, budgeting and managing debts, dealing with formals and correspondence, and sign posting to other agencies if required.
Assisting in setting up tenancies and sourcing essential household items for their home.
Developing and reviewing support plans with customers and making weekly contact, which can include visits, telephone calls, emails, and text messages.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
A good understanding of the housing support needs of vulnerable people whilst demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including Office 365 and bespoke systems.
Experience and knowledge of assessment and support planning systems and skills.
A full, clean driving licence.
