Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for an Employment Administrator to join our Employability team.

What you’ll achieve in the role: 

The overall purpose of this role is to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Employment projects and to the wider Community Investment Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the team to ensure that all participants folders are up to date and stored correctly

  • Complete all types of administrative support including preparing paperwork for meetings, typing and circulating minutes, collect and record case studies from project delivery, and more.

  • Support with organising and promoting training courses and workshops for project participants

  • To be a data champion by collecting and securely storing data, whilst showing progress of the project in accordance with requirements.

  • Support the checking and submission of quarterly claims, prepare invoices and payments for funded projects

What you’ll bring to Raven: 

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Strong administrative knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Intermediate IT skills, with experience of using Office 365.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all seniority levels across Raven, alongside communication with customers and external agencies.

  • Experience of supporting a team with meetings, documents, general admin and communication
