What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused electrical service across Raven’s housing stock, including electrical inspections, installations, and maintenance to current legislative standards, whilst contributing to Raven’s wider multi-skilled trades team. The role includes responsibilities across responsive repairs and void properties.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs or replacements efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time outcome that minimises disruption for residents.
Maintain van stock levels in line with job needs and usage trends to reduce non-productive time and increase repair completion rates.
Complete all job data on-site in real time using hand-held IT systems, enabling live job tracking, accurate cost control, and improved performance reporting.
Deliver safe and compliant electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty properties, completing all jobs to current legislative and internal quality standards.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
City & Guilds 2357, 2391/2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing), and 18th Edition (2382) qualifications.
A strong understanding of health and safety, including working in tenanted Homes.
Full UK driving licence
